We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals for B2B sales in the greater Southern California area and throughout the state. Responsibilities: Actively pursue new accounts in your assigned territory Maintain communication with accounts including throughout the ordering and delivery process Generate quality leads by means of web research, attending expos, events and networking Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and distribution team Actively participate in resolving Accounts Receivable issues to keep accounts current Visit all clients, in person, on a regular basis during normal business hours Travel within your territory visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance Continually monitor account sales and inventory Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails Attend industry trade shows as required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales Cannabis sales / distribution experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are mandatory - travel within California required At least 21 years old Engaging, persuasive and approachable personality Strong relationship building skills Great time management and organizational skills Ability to meet new people and promote our brand in a competitive environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Appreciation of and enthusiasm for cannabis culture preferred Experience using Copper or other CRM |
