Originals is a Los Angeles based family-owned business, specializing in premium cannabis manufacturing/sales/distribution. Operating since day 1 and taking great pride in having top-quality indoor flower and genetics, Originals is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to offer its line of products to other retailers in CA for the first time.

Previous or current cannabis industry sales experience is required.

The Territory Sales Manager/ Sales Rep must have proven success selling business to business, with the courage to lead and have a true entrepreneurial spirit and will be responsible for the sales of their brands and products to dispensaries, distributors and other retail customers throughout their assigned territory.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Open doors and develop relationships with new customers to increase sales and distribution.
Identify potential clients in the target market through cold calling.
Responsible for bulk and retail dispensary sales
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the products
Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits.
Close sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining product, overcoming objections and negotiating price/contract terms with clients.
Create customer level forecast to ensure products are produced and delivered as requested by our customers.
Become a subject matter expert on our client’s business products, processes and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
Prospect for new business, setting and exceeding weekly sales goals.
Report weekly and daily sales results to District Sales Manager
Travel required throughout territory.


Education and Experience Requirements:

Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus
Established sales and business connections to the owners and/or executives of licensed Cannabis dispensaries preferred.
Knowledge of similar cannabis products highly preferred
2-3 years’ experience selling business to business.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Car required for travel to meetings with owners and vendors (mileage reimbursement)


Compensation: $90K-120K plus Sales Commission

The Cure Company is a premier California Cannabis brand based in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals for B2B sales in the greater Southern California area and throughout the state.


Responsibilities:

Actively pursue new accounts in your assigned territory
Maintain communication with accounts including throughout the ordering and delivery process
Generate quality leads by means of web research, attending expos, events and networking
Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and distribution team
Actively participate in resolving Accounts Receivable issues to keep accounts current
Visit all clients, in person, on a regular basis during normal business hours
Travel within your territory visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance
Continually monitor account sales and inventory
Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails

Qualifications:

The person for this role needs to be service-oriented, goal-oriented, a self-starter, organized, and an effective influencer while having a high-level of cannabis-related product knowledge. You will be the face of our company in the eyes of the retailers you will support as well as with potential B2B clients. The person in this role will be visiting licensed dispensaries regularly ensuring products are correctly displayed, educating retail store staff members on the company’s products, and delivering promotional, educational, and sales-focused at various locations throughout their defined territory in California.
Key Responsibilities
· Traveling to dispensary/retail store locations within the assigned territory to support assigned stores.
· Ensuring self and Sales Support Representatives are facilitating in-store Visits, Demo Days, Budtender, and other Staff Members’ education.
· Capturing and reporting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales-related data and activities.
· Calling on dispensary/retail locations to follow up and schedule future Store Visits, Budtender Educations Events, and In-store Demo Days.
· Calling customers to create top-of-mind awareness and check on the Client’s product re-ordering needs.
· Managing and securing various account information.
· Performing other duties as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
· Representing Lime at dispensaries/retail locations and other events by educating Buyers, Budtenders, Retail Store Operators, and Consumers about Lime and future products via Budtender Education, Product Demos, Consumer Workshops, etc.
· Becoming a Subject Matter Expert by maintaining a high level of product and brand knowledge.
· Being comfortable sharing brand message and product-related information.
· Being on-site and on-time for and all scheduled Store Visits & Special Events and training sessions.
· Securing, storing, transporting, distributing, and maintaining inventory levels of company-provided Demo Kits, Marketing Collateral and Training Materials.
· Assisting in training and supporting Brand Ambassadors.
· Tracking and reporting all In-store Visits, Demo Days and other Special Events and activities as per company standards.
· Completing the setup and tear down of in-store Demo Days and Special Event site elements.
· Tracking performance of Demos, inventory, and collecting customer feedback.
· Maintaining professional conduct and personal appearance in-line with company standards.
· Completing all required company training as directed.

· Creating and maintaining accurate Dispensary Profiles.
· Assessing, tracking, and reporting on competitors' products and local marketing activities.

· Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
· Maintaining company and public health restrictions, protocols, and standards at all times.
Requirements – Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Experience)
· In-depth knowledge of the licensed cannabis/marijuana industry.
· Familiarity with cannabis dispensaries throughout Southern California.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline or related experience.
· Must have strong customer service experience serving and supporting internal and external customers.
· Demonstrated track-record of professionalism and driving results.
· Sales experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments
· 4 years’ experience in customer service; as well as experience in retail, cannabis, food service or hospitality industries.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of people.
· Professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
· Energetic and confident in engaging with others including retail store personnel and consumers.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc. and/or Google applications.
· Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up displays, promotional materials, able to lift to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
· Must have unlimited access to a reliable and insured vehicle that meets the State’s requirements.
· Must be willing to work extended hours including on evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
